Jeff Codispodi has two decades of experience in capital markets communications. He has counseled numerous public companies, helping them build relationships, strengthen communications, understand investor sentiment, fund growth and define capital markets strategies.
Jeff has held senior investor relations positions at Rogers Communications, COM DEV International and Tim Hortons Inc. At both COM DEV and Tim Hortons he played a key role in investor communications relating to the companies’ acquisition by Honeywell and Burger King in 2016 and 2014, respectively.
Prior to these corporate roles, Jeff was Vice President at a leading investor relations consulting firm where he advised a range of issuers, primarily in the small-cap technology space. Jeff began his consulting career at an IPO roadshow boutique firm, where he worked on major transactions in the real estate, financial services and infrastructure sectors. He also spent three years in the communications branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
Jeff graduated with a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from Schulich School of Business.
